When my guy Bobby decided to propose to me, I was absolutely thrilled.
I could not wait to start planning the ceremony, and then I looked in the mirror as well as realized I needed to lose a tremendous amount of weight before the ceremony.
I wanted to walk down the aisle feeling nice about myself. I made the decision to start exercising as well as dieting. I somehow managed to acquire more than four pounds as well as hurt my back. I then joined the local fitness center, but I had no idea what I was doing. Although a single one of the workers provided me a tour of the place as well as explained all the machines, I couldn’t keep up with him in the least. I was intimidated by the other people working out as well as totally self-conscious. I finally signed up for some of the classes provided at the gym. I decided to take a spin class that I absolutely hated. I took a pole dancing class as well as I was not very good at it. I tried yoga, pilates, bootcamp as well as kickboxing, nothing was even right for me, as well as I was getting discouraged. I then spotted a flyer on the bulletin board of the gym. There was the name as well as number of a personal trainer, and making that phone call completely changed my life. The personal trainer started with a consultation where we simply sat down as well as chatted! We completely got to know one another, as well as she asked about my complications, goals as well as past fitness history. I wasn’t absolutely thrilled about getting weighed as well as having my body fat measured, but it was important to set up a plan. My personal trainer organized small but steady goals for me to reach. She outlined a healthy meal plan that included a great deal of lean protein, vegetables as well as whole grains. While the workouts were mighty challenging, I stuck with it as well as suddenly saw some progress. The personal trainer helped by continually increasing the exercises levels. We actually targeted all muscle groups as well as included high intensity workouts as well as strength training. I began to have a great deal more energy as well as started running as well as bicycling on my own. By the day of my ceremony, I’d lost over fifty pounds.
