When my man David finally proposed to me, I was absolutely glad.
- I seriously couldn’t wait to start planning the ceremony, and then I looked in the mirror plus came to realize I needed to lose quite a bit of weight before the ceremony.
I wanted to walk down the aisle feeling absolutely good about myself. I made the decision to start exercising plus dieting. I somehow managed to gain several pounds plus injured my back. I then joined the local fitness center, even though I had no idea in the least what I was doing. Although a single one of the workers gave me a tour of the location plus explained all the machines, I couldn’t keep up with him in the slightest. I was intimidated by the other people working out plus totally self-conscious. I finally signed up for a couple of the classes offered at the gym. I took a spin class that I absolutely despised. I took a pole dancing class plus I was not especially good at it. I tried yoga, pilates, bootcamp plus kickboxing. Nothing was really good for me, plus I was easily becoming discouraged. I then spotted a flyer on the bulletin board of the gym. There was the name plus number of a personal trainer… Making that iphone call really changed my life. The personal trainer started with a consultation where we basically just sat down plus chatted, then we got to really know each other. He asked about my complications, goals plus past fitness history. I wasn’t genuinely enthusiastic about getting weighed plus having my body fat measured, but it was completely necessary to set up a plan. My personal trainer organized small but steady goals for me to reach, he outlined a healthy meal system that included a ton of lean protein, vegetables plus whole grains. While the workouts were rather challenging, I stuck with it plus abruptly saw some progress. The personal trainer helped by continually increasing up the exercises. We targeted all the main muscle groups plus included high intensity workouts plus strength training. I began to have more energy plus started running plus bicycling all on my own. By the day of our ceremony, I’d lost over forty pounds.
